Hair became sticky and fell out

I use this shampoo and conditioner twice a week and am very disappointed. I used it exactly as intended. After the first use, the hair looked good, but not perfect. After the second use I had to rinse and rinse and rinse and my hair still didn't feel "clean". After using the conditioner my hair became coarse and straggly and literally fell out all day! I left a large clump of hair in the shower drain and it comes out if I touch it all day. This is the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever…

Works but expensive

I have hair loss and ordered specifically for this problem. The shampoo is easy to use, but doesn't foam as much as I would like. The conditioner is good but doesn't leave the hair as soft as I would like. Both have definitely helped with hair loss. However, almost 30€ are too expensive for me, but maybe I will buy again.

Wonderful! - Shampoo and Conditioner

I was looking for a shampoo and conditioner that smelled great and had the right oils to help my dry, damaged, frizzy hair. That's it! I've spent a lot of money over the years on hair products that don't last long and then stop working. I noticed my wet hair felt really conditioned after the first night of trying this product! I followed the instructions exactly and was very impressed! I think I have the shampoo/conditioner set I've been looking for!

I usually use coconut oil shampoo and conditioner. and my hair feels silky. I even use argan oil on top to soften it. Worth every penny

I have been losing my hair for several years due to medication and an autoimmune disease. I got this as a last resort to save the hair I have left. To say I was skeptical is an understatement. I didn't notice it at first, but now my hair is thicker, less damaged and doesn't fall out in bulk. It's been five weeks and I can say I highly recommend it to everyone. The color on my hair no longer spreads, lasts much longer than my stylist expected.
