The UI looks good, it's easy to use as well - I like this! It feels more mature than other solutions out there in terms of interface/UX design (and also pricing).
There aren't many options yet when you're using an open-ended questionnaire / survey which can be helpful if your org has some strict policies regarding data collection or reporting etc., but not so much otherwise because most companies will have their own way of doing things anyway. We used them during our hiring process with candidates who were applying online via CV uploads & CVs they'd uploaded themselves from LinkedIn & Google+. This allows us to make sure we get applicants coming through multiple channels into one place rather than having people waste time looking at applications where maybe noone actually gets hired?
