I placed my order for the video game on September 21, and it was meant to be delivered to me on October 6. They gave me their word that everything would arrive on time. However, on October 6, I received two messages: the first informed me that the delivery of my order would be pushed back to October 7, and the second informed me that my order had been canceled. The money was never returned, and all that was provided was a deplorable delivery. How could you hold everything up until the very last day if it had already been paid for?
