I like that you can pay from your online account without having to get into each restaurant's books, so it is less paper work for me! This allows my staff more flexibility in their time management because they don't have as much paperwork/paperwork tracking associated with them being at other restaurants or working remotely during normal business hours of operation (if needed). It sometimes takes up too long before orders are processed if there isn’t enough activity happening within an hour timeframe - but otherwise this system works well overall since we've been using only about 3 months now :) If anyone uses any software please reach out through orderingsuccess@gmail.com anytime questions arise throughout process flow etc.. We use stack ordering success mainly due its ease-of implementation & fast learning curve which has helped us save alot compared what our previous systems costed when first purchased years ago ($$$$$$. I like that it is easy to use, has many features for restaurants of all sizes (including small), offers great customer service when needed & always willing to help! The only thing about this software we dislike are some minor bugs but they have been fixed in recent updates so not much else really. We love how quick our orders come through with stack as well as being able to track them from start-to-finish without having to constantly check each order individually.
