Very disappointed! Broke within 10 minutes walk

I was looking for the most durable, waterproof, comfortable and soft boots for my dog because he is allergic to grass. It's not easy to find good little dog boots, so I was really excited when I found this one. The boots look thick, but they are actually like toilet paper... unfortunately they break very easily (see photo). And they broke the first time my dog put them on for a quick walk around the block. I really liked the boots and hoped they were good but unfortunately they are NOT durable at all.
