Terrible return policy.
The tie was smaller than expected and when I went to return, the online seller charged almost the same price as the tie to return, so it's not even worth returning, and now I'm stuck with the tie firmly which is too small . Wouldn't buy again, especially after being convinced of the return policy when I bought it and not being told that it would cost the same to return the item as it did to buy it.
