Review on 💈 Personna DE Double Edge Razor Blades, 100 Count: Precision Shaving at Its Best! by Melissa Davis

I'm new to shaving with safety razors and was hoping to get rid of the beard burn I get from disposable razors. I tried many different disposable razors but nothing worked. Many forums have recommended safety razors to prevent razor burn. I bought a WEISHI Nostalgic 2 blade long handle safety razor and it came with 5 Weishi blades. Shaving definitely helped them, so I looked around for some more blades. After reading many reviews (some for other woods) everyone concluded that these are Personna blue woods. The first shave with them was terrible. I had a terrible razor burn. I went back to Weishi Blades and they are much better. Then I started thinking maybe they were fake. I looked around and the other blades were packaged in labeled blue individual packs and the ink on the blades was clearly legible. My blades were wrapped in plain white foil, and the inscriptions were so smudged they were almost illegible. I think if you were building a precision instrument you could at least set up the printed part properly. In the future I will look for other sellers and blades. Seller on Revain to ensure it includes the Personna Blade. The shave was excellent. The blade was much better than the Weishi blades that came with my razor. It slid over my face without incident. I couldn't believe how well he shaved. I was very impressed. Seriously, it was that good and added further proof that this seller was selling fakes. I've added a third image to my review comparing the blade packaging. The regular blade had a white inner sleeve (note the blade pictured is not from this blade as I threw it away but it looks similar - and most of the best blades in the sample set also have an inner sleeve). Also, the outer sheath was blue and branded, as opposed to the only plain white blade sheath I've received. And to top it off, the blade looks like it's laser engraved with Personna's name and information, in contrast to the unreadable, ink-smeared markings on this seller's blade. Note. I thought the blade sample I received might be a different version of Personna, but there are too many visual and quality differences for both to be Personna products. In summary, I am 99% sure these blades are fake. I've passed my suspicions on to the Revain rep I spoke to and found that many recent reviewers also believe this is fake, however this seller continues to sell fake junk to unsuspecting buyers. I can't find another seller for it at Revain so I'll look elsewhere. Perhaps one of the other blades in my sample will provide a comparable shave and I can get them immediately without worrying about them being stolen.
