It took almost 2 hours to install on my door. First, the template for the hole we had to drill in the door for the electrical connection was too small for the plug to fit through the hole, so we always had to drill to the right size. Then the outside door handle wasn't pointing in the right direction for the door opening inwards, so we had to take everything apart and redo the door handle. It was such a stress. It seems to be working fine and I haven't had any problems so far other than installing it. The keyboard's touchscreen works smoothly and the blue enter keys work perfectly. I still haven't figured out how to reprogram the keycode because the instructions are too confusing.
