Good basic charcoal
Ok for the price. They're super easy. You only get three grades: hard, soft, and medium, that's all. I wouldn't recommend them for a project or detail work as again only 3 degrees but for a simple sketch or for beginners they are great. I've actually started giving them to my six year old because he's starting to get interested in charcoal and I'm not worried if they break. Depending on what you need the charcoal for, they are perfect.
