Works but doesn't fit that well.
I have a 2002 Forester SOHC 2.5 and they worked but had some installation issues. As mentioned, I had to cut or reposition the protective plastic bushings to fit the mounting brackets. The plastic ring around the valve cover wasn't flush and I couldn't push it any lower. They worked well enough I think.
