The best thing about this service is that it connects you with many different recruiters from all over Europe (and even outside).

They are very helpful in providing guidance for your profile as well - if needed! I am looking forward now when we start using them more actively again because there was no activity at first so far but i hope things will change soon :) Their fees can be quite expensive though which might put some people off initially considering their other options around EU marketplaces like Indeed etc., however once accepted into any program by techbridge marketplace team everything gets sorted out really fast without much hassle after signing up process itself has been pretty smooth too.. Recruiting talent across borders/countries becomes easier than ever before due to technology advancement nowadays & also being able to work remotely makes life better overall since my colleagues live further away geographically speaking ;).
