I can't stop hitting my nose and I've had a lot of irritation and bump problems. Well I finally lost the screw I was wearing so I ordered one and wore the Bioflex retainer until it arrived. That's great. I didn't like the shape of the original screw I wore. He was uncomfortable and kept moving. It fits my nose perfectly and is snug and doesn't hang out of my nose like a silver booger. It was easy to insert and the intense irritation I was experiencing through it all subsided almost immediately. Maybe the original screw I had wasn't titanium, and I think that in itself was annoying. Losing him was the best thing that could have happened because this new stallion was a real find. The bump is noticeably reduced. I'm very happy with it and will stick with this stuff from now on.
