Helps support and ease pain.

We were on vacation and my dad and sister were both asking about my knee brace. We had rented a four-story house and we were all giving our knees a workout. I ordered a two-pack for my sister and dad, it arrived the next day at our vacay house and my dad and sister were both amazed at how much of a difference the brace makes for arthritic knees. I wear mine whenever I am active and it makes such a difference.
