I bought this item for my child in early December. I usually wait before checking to see how the items are holding up. This giraffe was an instant hit. My baby loves to chew his antennae and look at a giraffe's face. It's big and not too heavy to hold. He washes up great too and managed to survive all of her chewing even with her bottom teeth. Unfortunately, one of the antennas broke when my child was playing with it. Thank god she didn't swallow it but I was afraid to order more. Eventually I contacted the seller about my concerns about durability and was quickly reassured that this was a very rare occurrence. As an apology they sent me a brand new giraffe free of charge and even their new dinosaur teether which was also a big hit with my baby. This item was worth buying not only because my kid loved it but also because the customer service was outstanding. Thanks for such a great product!
