I bought this item for my child in early December. I usually wait before checking to see how the items are holding up. This giraffe was an instant hit. My baby loves to chew his antennae and look at a giraffe's face. It's big and not too heavy to hold. He washes up great too and managed to survive all of her chewing even with her bottom teeth.
