Iron defective!: Straightening iron
The temperature is VERY high! burned hair! I am a hairstylist of 20 years experience and have used Hot Tools in the past. This iron is defective. It heats up MUCH HIGHER than the specified temperature. The hair in it was set on fire in a second. The cabin smelled of burnt hair. I'm so glad I tested the flat iron (as always with all new straighteners) on human hair extensions. I would burn the client's hair if I used it on a person. I am disappointed and no longer trust this brand. We will be back as soon as possible. I'm sick!
