Ordered small to fit a 5'6" woman, 140 lbs, 42" hips (near center of buttocks), inseam to ankle 26" and inseam to Floor 31 inches.... for a themed slumber party. Soft, comfortable, with drawstrings, a little long for me in the legs but not so much that I trip over it, and I prefer pajama bottoms that are a little longer. The fabric is thin, soft and has a silky feel, the label says 92% polyester, 8% spandex, made in china, you need to cut a few screws, but that's not a problem for me, the total length of the pants from top to bottom is approximately 41 inches and the inseam measures approximately 31 inches.
