I like how the band works, it was easy to put on the watch and easy to remove links. But I have small wrists & need a 1/2 link for it to be truly comfortable. I wish the band was designed for a woman, the watch plus where it attaches to the band is wider than my wrist, I wish the band was a bit narrower for a female arm. Other than that I love how easy it is to remove my watch now, I broke my original band forcing clothes over it because unbuckling it was just a P.I.T.A. So, style & design good, quality good. Size of band could use work, if you have small womens wrist or don't like larger bands.
