We had three or four of these. They work well and appear to be accurate until near demise. In a few years, two of them would not have stayed on PSI and/or not stayed "ON". You have to turn it on every time and scroll down to the PSI function. As a scientist, I can mentally calculate from PSI to KPA or BAR, but that was a sign of impending death on the meter side. I replaced the batteries in one and it never went back to zero after checking. If you were to deflate the tire, the gauge would only read the highest reading.
