Works as advertised - so far.

I have two (2) driveways with cantilever gates - one has a motor and the other opens or closes manually. I had an issue with someone without a motor climbing over the gate and driving onto the premises. So I bought this monitor set to have two (2) monitors per output. I used the "MId 2" sensitivity setting on three (3) of the four (4) on #4 - I chose the highest sensitivity setting due to the distance to the gate. When using the Center 2 setting, you can set it high to allow the dog to walk underneath without tripping. In Hello mode, the highest setting, it easily reaches 12 to 15 meters, but the neighbor's cat rings. I've used the family dog to set the other monitors to the Mid 2 setting and they work great, but you have to trim the trees and bushes so that when the wind blows the palms frown and branches fly around - you put it on don't get false alarms. It is also important to ensure the monitors are fully charged when unpacking the units before mounting them outdoors. There's an on-off switch - so turn the device off, then plug in the included power adapter - you'll see a red light, after 4-5 hours the red light turns green and only then are you fully charged - it takes time more than "a few hours" as some characters on YouTube say. After it's fully charged, you can turn it on and pair it with the base station, set the sensitivity level and channel number from 1 to 8, and you can set the ringtone or beep if you like, or just use the factory tone setting. But remember that charging takes a lot longer than most people think - I charged two on Friday night and two on Saturday and everything was fully charged by late Saturday night. So far the solar panels seem to be working fine - I've had a lot of rain and no issues - it has a tiny o-ring on the back because you have to unscrew the back to get in to adjust the sensitivity and channel #. With two (2) in each driveway, a passerby will trigger both devices - letting you know it's not a dog or cat.
