Rating is for dual monitor stand/mount. Anyone complaining about their monitors sagging/dropping/can't adjust the tension obviously have no idea how to do it. Yes, it shows +/- on one hex bolt, but it's screwed into the next. I wonder why it doesn't get thicker? How about you look at the one on the opposite page that rotates when you rotate it. News Flash, requires two Allen keys (which they provide). One to prevent the opposite side from turning while you tighten or loosen the main side. It's not that hard guys. This mount was so easy to set up and assemble that almost nothing was needed. It comes pre-assembled except you need to attach the mounting plates to the monitors. Hang the monitors on the bracket after installing the bracket on the table. I went for the clamp method with 2 24" monitors and it's as tight as possible. The stand is incredibly well made for the price. To be honest the monitor's arms are easy to adjust with endless positioning options. Be just be patient and tweak it. not ok with the slightest bump. how about you put in a little effort. someone even gave it a negative review because they have arthritis and couldn't fix it. shit about your illness though is it really the mounts fault? Appearance is great looks as strong and sturdy as I do. I would recommend and buy again without question. For the price you won't find better unless you spend 3x the price .
