Keep them sharp! best in my review
Surprisingly strong. I was concerned they would be easily knocked off but stay strong. Keeps them sharp too as they tend to get thrown into the silverware drawer constantly, even though I tell everyone they are my "specialโ knives and treat them gently. No one listens to me.
