I got the Eilison for my grandma, who's been complaining about neck pain for ages. It seemed like the perfect gift - simple and practical. And for the most part, it works. The 3D design is pretty cool, and the heat function definitely adds to the experience. However, the execution leaves a bit to be desired. The intensity is rather weak, and even on the highest setting, it just doesn't provide the deep pressure my grandma was looking for. Plus, the shape is a bit awkward - it doesn't fit perfectly around the neck, so she had to keep adjusting it. Overall, the Eilison is a decent product for mild neck pain, but if you're looking for more serious relief, you might want to keep searching.
