Bought this mount in March to free up desk space from my three 27" monitors. It's said to hold up to 30 inches and 20 pounds. There were people in the reviews who stated that three 32-inch monitors installed without any problems. Well, isn't it. I was trying to mount my 15lb 27" monitors and the mount wouldn't hold. The bracket would sag. Unfortunately I was on a trip and only now was able to open this box and try to install. It's July now, so the support and return window is closed. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. My fault for trusting the reviews and description and waiting for installation. I will add a video later. This item may only be good for 14 pounds or less.
