All the reviews said if your boobs are on the bigger side to size up. Normally I’m a medium in womens, a large in juniors & I ordered a large. It was a bit loser than I’d normally wear my clothes around my waist but my boobs wouldn’t have fit had I had ordered a medium. This wasn’t an issue though since I wore a build with it. I ordered another belt for it because the black one that came with it was way too long & didn’t go with the shoes I was wearing. I’d suggest maybe cutting it to fit better since it is such a long belt. The quality was pretty good. A definite 4 out of 5.
