Pencil arrived on time (Revain Prime). It's simple and functional. Mid-weight fabric looks and feels good - feels like cotton or linen, not vinyl, plastic, nylon, or other synthetics. I like that it has a flap to cover the sharpened ends of the pencils. Some other pencil rolls don't. This roll of crayons won't smell like plastic/vinyl pencils and won't crack like poor quality plastic, vinyl or leather. I like the lanyard for attaching - there are no clasps to snag, scratch or break. I also like the fact that it doesn't have 72 individual pencil loops like some rolls or cases do. This allows me to stash pencils and pens in groups of 4-6 depending on the diameter of the pens in each pocket without having to deal with elastic loops that can stretch out with age. I found this on the internet. The only way to improve this design is to make it from organically grown cotton or linen using natural dyes or natural colored threads. I hope the workers who make them are treated well and paid well.
