Excellent shorts. I am a bona fide Amazon customer who bought them out of curiosity. I have expensive Pearl Izumis (which I think are pretty good by the way) and they are comparable and have features that more expensive shorts don't have. I wore them on a 25 mile trip (harsh, hot California conditions and cool coastal conditions). Soft, smooth, non-chafing, breathable Pro fabric. Sufficient elasticity. Great padding for the money. better than picking by pearls. (I own and wear them regularly for short trips). The pads are in the right places to allow for more breathability. The dots are not a problem, they are a bit bigger than in the picture but still look very good. Lots of compliments. Will not hurt the delicate parts of the body, enough space to accommodate them. Goes easily into the pit stops. They didn't come to me. I don't have many cons. I find they sit a bit high for shorts for my liking but I got used to them quickly and now I don't ride in the middle at all. That's because they breathe well. I will buy again. I have an athletic lean build and they didn't fall apart or deform.
