Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

What can you expect from a 2022 USD wide-angle prime? The lens shoots chic, you can make very beautiful bokeh at an open aperture. Outwardly, even up close, it can becomnfused with the Canon EF 16-35 f / 2.8L II USM. By the way, it looks with Mark2, it is the most harmonious in my opinion)) Unfortunately, it has not yet been possible to shoot beautiful interiors and landscapes (and I think he would have revealed himself in them). But even in those photos that I am attaching, the realism of the picture is clearly visible. Well suited for reporting and travel photography, if you do not need to zoom in.
But his most important work is in poorly lit interiors. Its main possiblecommpetitor Canon EF 16-35 f / 2.8L II USM I don’t know how in terms of clarity, but it definitely loses in aperture ratio.

Pros

Sharp, light (for me, 650 g is not weight), simple as a Kalashnikov assault rifle. Dressed - looked at the viewfinder and everything was bright, as in a magical dream! Focusing (except in difficult situations) is just instant! The build quality is exceptional. I try to find play everywhere, even in details like a bolt from the Bratsk hydroelectric power station, but everything in this lens fits perfectly so that even the focus ring, if you don’t turn it, seems to be monolithic.

Cons

I think the price, if it falls into the list of shortcomings, will be the main one. It distorts a little around the edges, especially if there is a person there, but not critical for such an angle. For some reason, the lens hood is poorly fixed (or unlucky with the copy).
