The new filters match the filter part number I removed from the vacuum (DCF-21/EF91B). However, the new filters did not fit. I mean not at all. The diameter of the new filter is exactly the same as the port it needs to be slipped through and is not flexible or slightly larger which keeps the filter from sitting in the vacuum. I decided to just tweak them and make them fit instead of sending them back. It definitely seems that these filters were not manufactured correctly or do not exactly match the original part number. I gave it two stars because it works well in a vacuum.
