Not powerful enough in heating, cooling and air quality

I was offered money to remove my review. I suggested changing the rating if they deliver an improved product. (which they claim to have). Nothing has been heard from them since then. Everything corresponds to the description, but the wind force is weak and unsatisfactory. Refresh after about 60 days - the charge doesn't hold up well. Begins to slow down after 1-2 hours of use. Not recommended.
