Part one of two so I can finally convert my laptop's HDMI connection to the Cintiq Pro can. Works like clockwork but you have to order both parts. Thank you Star Tech for ridiculously not including or even recommending Cintiq to help their customers! Thanks to you I don't have to return the $900 device. In order for the most common connection (HDMI) to work with the Cintiq pro you must obtain this part number: DP2MDPMF6in and this part number: HD2DP by connecting them together. I know it seems ridiculous to make so many connections and add more cables, which is counter-intuitive, but this worked for me and the other four solutions didn't. Good luck and thumbs up to Cintiq for not including these items and to Cintiq for tech support without mentioning the existence of a fix. Lemons.
