I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.
When compared to standard office chairs, this one is enormous. That looks like a high-end chair, which it probably is. When friends saw it, they were immediately intrigued, but were shocked to learn how much it cost. My wife and girlfriend picked up the package in just 25 minutes after it arrived when I was out of town. They claimed to have run into zero problems. The purchase has met with my approval.
- Purchased for work purposes two months ago. I spend 12 consecutive hours in it (with breaks included). The lumbar support is effective, the wheels are silent, the laminate won't scratch, and the chair provides a comfortable fit.
- Not a single back twist.
