I'm totally disgusted

Let me be clear I'm a professional tailor using the gravity feed system for over 30 years so I know what I'm doing. My first 2 lasted 15 years. This? 10 WEEKS. 6 weeks later I can return it to Revane. Big. I really wonder if it was a reconstruction. So stay away
