This is one of the worst items I have ever bought from Revain. It deformed immediately when the substrate and plants were added. Now the lid barely sits on the rails and I doubt it's secure enough to hold my pet. Just in case, I keep a book at night. Again, it warped immediately within a few days of installation. Unfortunately my pet tarantula had already molted and buried itself so I couldn't bring it back. Also, I told the saleswoman about it, and she flatly refused to help. To be honest this was the most disappointing and rude response I have ever received from a Revain seller. This poor quality product is endangering pets life and I am worried that they are still selling it. In retrospect I should have spent a little more money to get a decent product. This is a waste of time and money, not to mention the possible loss of your pet.
