I work for a hospital with subpar uniform requirements. The uniforms for my job are ill-fitting for anyone with "extra" to their frame. To combat this, I ordered some navy blue dresses that make it easier to look like I'm compliant with dress code, even though I purchased the outfit on my own dime. That being said, I looked at the reviews for this dress and I planned to order a size up. I am 5'7 with my weight being in my tummy, arms and bum. I wear a size 22/2x-3x in dresses. 22/24 in pants and jeans. I wear a 44D across the chest. Something in my gut told me to order 2 sizes up to accommodate my midsection, so I ordered a 26. I'm glad I did. The dress is excellent material.not too heavy, not too light. However, across my waist, the dress is a little snug. I thought for sure the dress would be a bit more loose around my midsection because I went 2 sizes up, but that was not the case in this event. The arms were snug.not tight. And the dress falls just above the back crease of my knees. I will keep the dress because it isn't bad looking.I just need to lose about 5lbs for the waist to fit me the way I want it to. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but order up if you can.
