It lasts around three years of heavy use; I keep my whole film collection on it; I've got 8,000 movies and counting; and the resolution isn't great, but it works for watching on a laptop. There was not a single hiccup, failure, or malfunction discovered during the course of the task; hence, there were no complaints. PS, Everyone who complains that their disk has died, is malfunctioning, has crashed, wheezed, or anything even worse: the connection adapter (the USB cable needed for the disk to function) must be cared for properly otherwise the contacts will go and the disk will be cursed. I find these troll comments hilarious. Good closing five! This is a name in which I have complete faith and respect, thus I am happy to endorse it.
