After reading the glowing reports for this product I felt good about purchasing it to use for long car trips, as recommended by users. The pad was much too small, almost child-size in appearance. I decided to give it a try and used it for errands around town. That only lasted a few days when I started developing upper leg pain due to the pad being too narrow and cutting into my bum and hitting a nerve. When I stopped using the pad, the pain went away immediately. Great concept but much too small for car use, unless you are nine.
