Whether you are a beginner or a professional, the colorful products are among the best of the best in terms of adhesion, ease of use and quality. The Orcal line of products is great without a doubt, but the Deco 65 line is the best I've ever used. I have purchased dozens of their products in the past and have absolutely no complaints. The correct color affinity would be rather light blue. This is a very high quality product with professional materials. I won't dispute the materials, just the color. It has a truly white appearance that can be easily confused if no high-intensity light fits on it. The image I've provided should show the exact color, but I definitely wouldn't call this glow dark blue, although it appears to be light blue. One thing I have to point out is that the thickness of the vinyl is much thicker than other products. You can feel the difference when you compare this to other vinyl. I use a Silhouette Cameo4 and feel like I need to adjust the blade pressure to compensate for the thickness of the material. I'll let you judge the color. The lighting properties are simply fantastic! And oddly, the glow-in-the-dark properties lasted about 10 minutes in just 2 minutes on a light table. Living in Florida where the sun is very strong I really want to try this on a car window decal. I will update this review after creating an image and applying it to a car window that glows in the dark in natural sunlight.
