I took the risk and ignored the bad reviews BOY that was a BAD IDEA! Probably the worst material I've ever worked with! Stop it! Unfortunately a huge waste of money. It's EXTREMELY thick, when you roll it out it immediately detaches from the base, it's hard to get it smooth enough to lay out on a mat. When I removed the vinyl from the tube, the vinyl separated from the backing, creating a lot of bubbles. So I turned it over and tried to scrape the bubbles off by gluing it to the backing. The first time I tried to cut a perm glow-in-the-dark vinyl, my blade just ripped the vinyl from the backing. put the whole piece of vinyl on my carpet and tried again. I have mixed feelings about this vinyl. I love it when all things glow in the dark, so they're good in that regard.
