Spikes fall off: my review
I bought 11 months ago and used 25-35 times. The spikes will detach and render the product unusable. Had to use my old 6 year old. As with most products, the manufacturer has lowered the price of the product and consumers are suffering as a result. I submitted a complaint to Footjoy 8 days ago and have not received anything.
Pros
- Comfortable shoes and the fact that I don't worry about laces.
Cons
- Some customers may find the Boa system difficult to use and set up properly.
