I have been having mild neck and upper back pain for a long time, but recently the pain had become moderate to serve at times.I've been seeing a chiropractor and doing stretching to help but not getting good or lasting relief.This pillow has helped soooooooo much in just a week of use.The ability to customize the pillow by adding or removing stuffing is a nice feature.I particularly love the pointed ends of the pillow.
This allows for max comfort for me as I am a side sleeper.My chiropractor says she noticed a difference in my neck and upper back as well.Highly recommend this pillow if you have neck or upper back pain or if you are just looking for a great pillow.
