08/25/18 I'm looking at Ginsco Black & Red Heat Shrink Tubing. I just wanted to replenish some of my electrical supplies and they caught my attention. I have already purchased and used their glue, heat shrink tubing, butt connectors and they have worked great. Before this order I have ordered Ginsco products twice. It was quite difficult to find a brand that was as good as the ones sold in auto parts stores but at a much lower price. I think these are Ginsco products. I can buy 5 times more for the same price as in the store. I came across this brand through a recommendation on a YT video and a friend of mine. I'm glad I tried them. The only thing I didn't like about THIS product is the lack of glue or sealant, or at least not like other marine heat shrink tubing, clamps and connectors that have the ends sticking out. For me it is reassuring that there will be no corrosion. The description mentions the presence of glue. I really like the marine grade types because firstly they keep moisture out and secondly the adhesive keeps the heat shrink from slipping off where you want to protect the wire. That's why I gave 4 stars and not out of 5. I bought this from seller "GincoDirect" but Revain which I think is important to list this information. I have met sellers with different products including fakes even if they are listed under the same brand. I will post an update with a durability rating.
