Let's start with the monitor: the color settings I'm using are a bit garish and the monitor looks weird when you're not in front of it, but that might just be my personal preference. However, the actual resolution and image quality is top notch and I enjoy using it day in and day out without straining my eyes. However, the status is terrible. I just tap my foot on the edge of the table a little and he freaks out and starts swaying all over the place. And we had a 4.6 magnitude earthquake last weekend and this thing almost fell over while my other much older monitor didn't even budge. But overall it's still a great monitor for the price.
