Cheap for: Power and hand tools
The quality of these pliers is terrible. Fit and finish leave a lot to be desired. Head gaps, different head sizes (on the same pliers) and too flexible. They're cheap, yes, but there's a reason for that, and one look at them will tell you why. Pro America makes good needle nose pliers and they're made in America! I sent them back and bought Pro America (on ebay) instead. They are much more expensive but worth it.
