I like all of it, but if you are looking for something specific then make sure to ask questions! The customer service can be very helpful with answering any question or concern related timekeeping issues/software problems we may have had in our initial implementation phase (or even post go live).
They also offer excellent support via phone too which is always nice when working remotely from home!! We're solving some really unique challenges at my organization by using winta -- things they haven't been able solve easily within their other offerings out there so far such as employee self scheduling etc..
