The shine factor is outrageous on this. i love how the jewelry is mostly crystal (as opposed to being 3/4 encapsulated by the metal casing, which the piercing I initially got was). I've had it on for about a week and haven't had any irritation, so I'm guessing the metal is genuine! I also really love that there were two different top screws included. One was again, mostly crystal, the other was a metal ball with crystal poking out of the top. I didn't realize I would get both options! Overall, very satisfied with this purchase!
