I am building my A7siii rig and need a top handle but would like a side handle as well. Although this is advertised as a top handle, you can use it as a side handle! Sure, it's not as big or as grippy as a wooden handle, but it's versatile enough that you can do it if you ever want to use it as a top handle and then put it on its side for a better grip. It's comfortable to hold, but I wish it was a little longer if I mounted a monitor on it.
