Overall, at the moment, I can say I'm impressed with this oximeter. There are no options or menu changes of any kind, which is okay. I have checked the accuracy at the doctor's office and it's good. Pros: Reads very fast, very simple and easy to use. Cons: looks cheap due to the very outdated red LED digital display, the plastic overall design also looks cheap and not very strong, the body of the device is slippery when squeezing to place upon your finger (may have to add a small piece of anti-slip rubber stripping). Otherwise, all around I give it 5 stars for now.
