This item is not intended to be worn off the shoulder as intended. I wear my normal size M and when I let it off one shoulder it looks weird and tight. In this case, one sleeve is too short. It's just a shirt with a wide neckline. I was very disappointed because it's really cute. If you want it to fit at the shoulder I suppose you'll have to make it really big, but it actually already fits my body so lifting it would just pull me in. I think get it if you don't care about wearing it off the shoulder and just want a regular sweatshirt otherwise don't waste your time with it.
