I like that it is very easy to use, has many features which are useful in my day to day work life as an Account Manager at our organization. It's also fairly inexpensive if you're looking into purchasing software solutions (which we were). The only thing about this tool was its limited functionality when compared with other similar tools out there such as Hubspot or Marketo - however, they do offer more than what Pegan provides so perhaps their products have improved since then? We've been able to automate tasks within salesforce using pega sales automation. This allows us to create automated emails/emails templates and track results of those campaigns from time to date.
